What actually happens

The trailer is the softest target on your site.

Ask any superintendent what got hit last. It was not the building. It was the trailer, the laydown yard, or the fuel. Here is what that costs you after the tools are already gone.

The schedule slips firstThe crew shows up, the gang box is empty, and half a day is gone before anyone finds replacements. Theft does not cost you tools. It costs you a float day you did not have.
The claim costs more than the toolsFile it and your rate moves. Eat it and it comes out of fee. Either way the deductible and the paperwork land on the same PM who is already behind.
You cannot prove what happenedNo footage means no police report worth filing, no subrogation, and no defense when a sub claims his gear was on your site when it went missing.
They come backAn unprotected trailer that pays once gets revisited. Most sites that get hit get hit again inside the same project.
The trailer moves and the problem followsRental coverage stops when the rental stops. A system installed on your trailer rolls to the next job already configured, which is the whole argument for owning it.
Nobody is watching at 2amMotion alerts that fire on every deer and every tarp train your super to ignore his phone. On-site analytics that tell a person from an animal are the difference between a useful alert and noise.
NDAA Section 889 compliant on every build Serving the full I-80 corridor, Des Moines to Lincoln 4K active-deterrence platform
What's in every build

Specced to your trailer, not to a rental catalog.

We walk the trailer, look at how your crew actually uses it, and build around that. A framing contractor with one gooseneck and a GC running a site office on a two-year build do not get the same system.

4K Active-Deterrence CamerasFull-color night vision with strobe and audio callout. The camera speaks before anything leaves the site. Most attempts stop at the sound of a voice, which is the only outcome that keeps your schedule intact.
On-Site Video AnalyticsThe camera tells a person from a vehicle from an animal before it sends anything. Your super gets alerts that mean something instead of forty notifications about wind in a tarp.
Onboard Power HubLithium battery bank with solar recovery for sites with no temporary power. Shore or grid power takes over the moment it exists. Runs the system through a weekend outage without a generator.
Cellular and Satellite ConnectivityRemote view from the truck or the office. Cellular where there is signal, satellite where there is not. A dirt site on the edge of the county gets the same coverage as one downtown.
Zero-Hole MountingAdhesive and magnetic mounting on steel backing plates instead of drilling. No new roof penetrations, no leak path, no warranty argument two winters from now. Resale value stays where you left it.
Job-Site Time-LapseThe same cameras compile the whole build. Progress documentation for the owner, the lender, and the closeout package, produced by hardware you already bought for security. See how delivery works.

Own vs. rent

Stop paying rent on somebody else's trailer.

The national rental operators trained this industry to treat job site security as a monthly line item. It works for them. Run the number across a portfolio of jobs and it stops working for you.

Put it in general conditions once instead of carrying it on every job. For a contractor running more than one project a year, the crossover against rental lands well inside two years.

Security and documentation in one

Document the build. Own the footage.

The cameras protecting the site are already pointed at the work. Compiled, that is a progress record for the owner, an answer for the lender, a closeout deliverable, and evidence when a delay claim shows up eighteen months later. It costs you nothing extra in hardware because the hardware is already there for security. Running on active job sites now.

How it works

Installed once. Owned for the life of the trailer.

Same process on a single-trailer trim contractor as on a GC standardizing a fleet of site offices. Same documentation. Same warranty. Same phone number when something needs attention.

01 / ASSESS

Walk the trailer, scope the site

We look at the trailer, the site approach, the laydown areas, and where power and signal actually are. You get a scoped proposal against your real conditions, not a package price against a photo. No surprises on install day.

02 / INSTALL

Zero-Hole build in a day

Mounted without new roof penetrations wherever the build allows. Cameras aimed, analytics tuned to your site so alerts mean something, power and connectivity commissioned, and your super walked through the app before we leave.

03 / SUPPORT

Warranty and a phone number

Every install is backed by a real warranty from a company that has been in this market since 1998. Optional managed service keeps the system current and monitored for as long as you own the trailer.

Trailer not on site yet?

Run the Smart Box.

Self-contained cameras, power, and connectivity in one unit. Runs off-grid on solar or plugs into available power. Drops on a raw site and covers it the same day, which is exactly the window when a site is most exposed and least protected.

Questions

Job site security, answered.

How do you secure a job trailer on an active construction site?

We install 4K active-deterrence cameras, an onboard power hub, and cellular or satellite connectivity directly onto the job trailer or site office you already own. Cameras cover the trailer doors, the laydown yard, and the site approach. When someone enters a restricted zone after hours, on-camera strobe and audio callout fire immediately and an alert goes to your phone. The system moves with the trailer to the next job. Serving Nebraska and Iowa from Elkhorn. Call (402) 915-1672.

What does job site security cost compared to renting a surveillance trailer?

Rental surveillance trailers bill roughly $800 to $3,400 per month for equipment you never own, on every project, for the length of every project. A permanent install on your own job trailer is bought once and redeployed job after job for years. The only ongoing cost is the data plan, which you control. For a contractor running more than one project a year, the math stops favoring rental well inside two years. After that every month is recovered cost.

Does job site camera security work with no power and no WiFi?

Yes. Every build is specced to run off-grid. A lithium battery bank with solar recovery carries the system when there is no temporary power, and shore or grid power takes over the moment it is available. Connectivity runs on cellular with satellite where cell coverage is thin, so a raw dirt site with no utilities and no service still gets full coverage from day one.

How fast can you get a security system on my job site?

If you have a trailer or site office on site, the permanent install is scheduled after a walk of the trailer and typically completed in a day. If you need coverage before your trailer arrives, or the site will never have one, a self-contained Smart Box drops on site and powers up the same day. We work from Elkhorn across Omaha, Lincoln, Council Bluffs, Des Moines, and the I-80 corridor between them.

Will installing cameras damage my job trailer or void the warranty?

We use Zero-Hole mounting wherever the build allows, with adhesive and magnetic mounting systems on steel backing plates instead of drilling. No new roof penetrations means no leak path and no warranty argument later. If a sealed pass-through is ever unavoidable, we clear it with you first and seal it to factory standards. Your trailer warranty and resale value stay intact.

Is job site camera footage usable for an insurance claim or a dispute?

That is the point of specifying 4K. Footage at 4K holds up when it is enlarged, so faces, plates, and equipment numbers survive the crop an adjuster or an attorney will ask for. Recording runs 24/7 to onboard storage with local backup at the camera, and every install is documented to zero-defect handover standards so you can prove what the system was recording and when.

Also on the truck

Same methodology, other trailers.

Construction is the focus. The same Zero-Hole install and off-grid power stack goes on anything else that rolls.
